Holstein to Tackle Spa 12H in TCR Audi

Multiple Champion race driver Erik Holstein returns to International Endurance racing this weekend as he enters the Hankook 12 Hour of Spa at the wheel of a TCR Audi.
Holstein made his debut in the series last year at the wheel of the same car and managed a class win in Dubai despite both the car and circuit being new to him. with some new improvements to the Audi since they last raced it, both Erik and his teammate James Kaye, a former BTCC Production Champion, are confident they can once again challenge the 24H series class regulars.
Erik Holstein, Audi RS3 LMS #138: “I am looking forward to this. I have never driven the circuit but we have a bit of time today in practise and qualifying. It won’t be easy with just two drivers doing 12 Hours, but we have a great team and we know the car is competitive- so who knows?”
Racing under the MARC Cars Australia banner, with media support from Motorsport.ie, the duo are one of 20 TCR cars entered in the series finale.
Qualifying takes place at 17:15 today (Friday) followed by night practise, while the race kicks off at 9:15 am and finishes exactly at 9:15pm, followed by a prize-giving and Night of Champions end of season awards event.
