Dempsey and Pinnacle Motorsport Aiming to Win in F4 Chinese Championship

Pinnacle Motorsport and Motorsport Ireland Young Driver of the Year Jordan Dempsey have had a fantastic start to their FIA F4 Chinese Championship campaign so far. Despite missing the season opener, the Irish driver immediately scored two podium finishes on his debut outing at Zhuhai last month. The team now intends to repeat their success this July 20-22 at the series heads to the Chengdu International Circuit.

The 3.367 km circuit is known for its technical layout and bumpy surface which Dempsey anticipates will make the races more exciting. This will be his first visit to Chengdu and aims to score race wins over the weekend.

The FIA F4 Chinese Championship’s third event will feature Qualifying and Race 1 on July 21(Saturday). Race 2 and 3 follows on July 22 (Sunday).

Accompanying Pinnacle Motorsport on their FIA F4 Chinese Championship campaign are partners Motorsport Ireland and P1 Racewear.
Jordan Dempsey: “I’m looking forward to my next race at Chengdu this weekend. From what I’ve seen, it’s a very bumpy and challenging track which should make racing more exciting. I hope that Pinnacle Motorsport and I can continue our form from Zhuhai and challenge for a win or two! Thank you Digital Planet, Motorsport Ireland, Sport Ireland, Beta Tools, and Team Ireland for your support.”
