Suirway Group Rallysprint Championship is GO at Mondello Park!

With the recent Kildare restrictions being lifted, the much anticipated Suirway Group Rallysprint is go at Mondello Park. Round one was cancelled due to the Kildare lockdown and despite the calendar being packed for the remainder of the year, Mondello Park have announced a substituted event, to ensure that the full four round championship will take place as planned.
With the number of rally events on the calendar still quite low, the series is the ideal opportunity for drivers, co-drivers and teams to get their machines out for a much needed run, and this was very much evident in the level and quality of entries for the original opening date.

Roddy Greene, Mondello Park: “It’s great to be back with motorsport at the venue. We have a full range of protocols in place at the circuit to ensure that we keep all our competitors safe when they are on site and we really have an action-packed couple of months ahead. The championship should be very exciting, and we can’t wait to see R5 and WRC cars tackle our 7km stage!”
