Incredible Feature Win for @JackKennedy14 & @TsingtaoRacing at #Thruxton

Tempus MV Agusta’s Jack Kennedy made it a hat trick of recent wins taking an incredible last lap victory in the feature race at Thruxton. In yet another thrilling Supersport race, Kennedy took the lead on the opening lap, pushing hard to keep it for the most part of the intense 12 lap scrap. With the leading riders separated by only two seconds for the duration it was a tight, close race with positions traded almost every corner. On the penultimate lap, Seeley (not eligible to score points) moved into the lead to pull a small gap on the chasing Supersport contenders.

After 12 blistering laps, it went all the way down to the last lap on the final chicane to decide who would take the honours. With Kennedy leading out of Church, Irwin and Farmer took full advantage of the slip stream with all three going into the chicane side by side. Breaking as late as possible with all looking for the same piece of track, Farmer and Irwin touched but Kennedy quickly reacted, riding around both of them to power it to the line and grab his third win on the bounce. The Dubliner’s strong points tally now puts him within 33 points of the championship leader Farmer.

Jack “That was a really good race, I was leading on the last lap and I knew they were in my slipstream. Andrew and Keith braked a little later but I had the better line when they touched and just out-dragged them to the line. Three in a row feels good, let’s keep the momentum going. Thanks to✊🏼TTThanks Tempus MV Agusta, my sponsors and everyone for your support”
