Sports Mind Mastery coach Linda Keen will be back in Ireland to facilitate a 1-day seminar in the Naas Chamber of Commerce in Kildare on Saturday, January 7th 2017 in preparation for the 2017 season.
Linda, who holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychotherapy and a qualification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, has been working with karters, racing and rally drivers across the world for over 15 years with some outstanding results, and many testimonials can be found on her website at http://www.lindakeen.com/courses.
Drivers who have benefited from learning to use the power of the mind in sport in Ireland include Jonathan Fildes, Kevin O’Hara, Jake Byrne, James Roe, Morgan Quinn and Keith Donegan to name but a very few. Several of these drivers have gone on to race in the UK and even further afield, showing how this valuable training programme teaches people how to eliminate negative thinking, learn relaxation skills and develop the unlimited mind-set of success.
Research in sports psychology is now claiming that success in any sport is at least 85 percent mental, which could be the vital edge in a driver just making up the numbers on the grid or reaching the top in his or her chosen category.Having previously raced cars for many years, Linda has spent the last 16 years predominantly coaching racing, rally drivers and karters, but more latterly boxers, swimmers and other sports people in the art of using more of the mind. She’s worked with many ‘gentlemen’ drivers who tend to be successful businessmen and can readily understand the correlation between using the mind in business and in racing and they find it relatively easy. While youngsters are more open as they have less accumulated negative programming in their unconscious minds.
The key to all mind coaching is understanding how the mind works and particularly the relationship between the conscious and the unconscious mind.
The seminar in Naas will run this Saturday from 10.00 – 17.00, and places are very limited to give each student the individual attention they may need. It includes all course materials, as well as tea and coffee. Lunch is available to buy close to the venue. There is also good back-up support available after the course. This seminar will sell-out quickly, so book your place now. Deposits are required with bookings.
