Jake Byrne Teams Up with Punchestown Racecourse for UK FF1600 Campaign!

Kildare racing driver Jake Byrne has attracted sponsorship from Punchestown Racecourse for his 2015 UK jake 2Formula Ford 1600 race campaign. At just 20 years old, the Trinity College Engineering student is already a two time motor racing champion and in 2015 he will emulate many famous Irish race drivers as he crosses the Irish Sea for compete in a UK FF1600 series- the BRSCC FF1600 National Championship.  In the innovative deal, brokered by Leo Nulty Promotions, Jake’s Ray Formula Ford 1600 car will carry Punchestown branding as he races at many of the UK’s top circuits throughout 2015. Jake’s UK campaign kicks off this weekend at the historic Silverstone circuit, home of the British Grand Prix.

My parents and their friends have been going to it for years and personally I am delighted to have forged a relationship with the organisers. My racing exploits in the UK and here in Ireland will expose Punchestown and the Festival to a broad new audience.”
