Mooney’s Hyundai of Long Mile Road and Deansgrange are delighted to be involved with Max Hart. Max is one of Ireland’s future motorsports stars and will be a contender for the prestigious Motorsport Ireland Sexton Trophy in 2024.
Mooney’s are no strangers to Irish Motorsport as competitors or sponsors, having been involved in 2-wheel and 4-wheel motorsport events since 1973. Brand ambassador roles are not new to Mooney’s, the first such was David Kennedy in 1978 and later Eddie Jordan in 1979!
Paraic Mooney, MD, Mooney’s Hyundai: “Mooney’s is partnering with Max to promote the Hyundai Range of cars, particularly the EV Models, the KONA and IONIQ 5 and 6, and its EV centres in Long Mile and Deansgrange
Max will be driving the new Hyundai IONIQ 5 Platinum with a 77 kw battery/5 klm WLTP range.
Throughout the next 12 months, Max will work with us promoting the Hyundai brand and Mooney’s EV Centres, through his driving experiences, track days and showroom events.
There is a huge amount of misinformation in mainstream and social media concerning EV cars. Our aim through our involvement with Max is to dispel some of the fears of prospective EV owners and to highlight the positives of EV ownership. The simple truth is, that most of our EV owners will buy another when they change!
We wish Max all the best in his racing endeavours with Hyundai Motorsport and in his quest for the prestigious Sexton Trophy.”
Mooney’s Garage is an Irish-owned and family-run business dedicated to new and used car sales. The Mooney family has been selling cars on the Long Mile Road in Dublin since 1973 and are now Ireland’s leading Hyundai dealer for sales, service and parts. They are also a fully-authorised Nissan and Honda parts and service centre.
