IRISH MOTORSPORT TV- Leinster Trophy 2017, with BOSS Ireland

BOSS Ireland once against were the chosen class to compete for the famous Leinster Trophy in 2017. 2016 BOSS Ireland Champion and Motorsport Ireland Young Driver of The Year Cian Carey returned to Mondello with his Chris Dittmann Racing run F3 car and was always going to be favourite to put his name on the exclusive list. Paul Dagg and Stephen Daly had other ideas though, and CDR team mate Gino Ussi was quickly getting used to the Mondello International circuit too.

BOSS Ireland (Big Open Single Seaters) is Ireland’s fastest racing class. It is a formula pretty much free of technical regualtions and open to any single seater or open topped sportscar. Some of the quicker cars run F1 engines whilst in the 2000cc class (BOSS2), there are many Formula Renault car and on occasion they are capable of challenging the bigger cars for outright wins.
